Best friends forever celebrating once again. 

Ronnie was the personification of humility and I feel blessed to have known and shared time with him. I met Ronnie and his best friend Howard at the same time almost 25 years ago.  They both have since left us and I miss them both deeply! I could tell story after story about Ronnie but this is a quick one about who he was. Ronnie and I went to Florida to be at Howard and Tana’s wedding a few years ago. Ronnie was a surprise guest so while I went to meet Howard and Tana at one bar Ronnie stayed at the bar next door until he was called.  I sent him a text and he made his grand surprise entrance which was full of tears of joy and hugs. The next day after the wedding we went to the bar that Ronnie had been to briefly and when we entered he already knew everyone in the bar.  He was hugging people that he had only met for maybe 15 minutes the night before.  That was Ronnie.  He was the warmest and most gregarious person I have ever known. Howard once said Ronnie was the kind of person that always made you feel good about yourself.  He genuinely took an interest in everyone that was lucky enough to have been in his world. As the years passed Ronnie still stopped by every couple of weeks to say hello to Gary and I and I can’t believe I will never see or hear that Blue Motorcycle pull into the parking lot again ever again.  His smile was infectious and his personality was bigger than life.  When I say there will never be another Ronnie I mean there will never be another Ronnie. If I had to guess Ronnie and Howard are together in the clouds raising Cain again!

I speak for everyone when I say there are not enough words to express how special a person Ronnie was and how much he meant to me and everyone that was lucky enough to have had him in their life.

He called me his Bestie and we were that for 12 years. I grew up the age of his daughters and knew Kira. but he was my brown bear MyLake buddy my river buddy my Clearwater buddy every crazy story will forever be in my head I love you so much Ron! Who’s going to tell me Who’s going to tell me to“get out of my head!” 😂 miss you!!!! Rest Easy buddy 

Ron you became an instant friend! May u rest in peace and watch over us! 

I worked with Ron for a while and knew him for several years. Every time I hear Eric Clapton or Rick Ross big meech I think of him and smile so big. He was a very fun person with a heart of gold. I am saddened to hear of his passing. 
Mia he used to show me your pictures and pictures he had with you and the boys often. He loved you so much. 
I will be praying for you all during this difficult time.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Toney; a brother, Charles Toney; and his grandmother, Lillie Potts. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Kira Beets and Mia Rose Toney; his mother, Katherine Toney; and grandchildren, Ethan, Jay, Wyatt, and Dylan.
