Ronda Faye Finney, age 93, of Louisville, died December 30, 2015. Faye was born June 25, 1922 in Calloway County, to Robert Leslie and Emily Garner Finney. She was a devoted member of St. Matthew's Baptist Church.
Faye is preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Brent, Elizabeth, Eura, Opal and Carl.
She is survived by her brother Hershel L. Finney and her sister, Pearl F. Metzger. She will be missed by her extended family and friends.
A celebration of Faye's life will be Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11 am at St. Matthews Baptist Church, 3515 Grandview Ave, Louisville, KY 40207. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until time of service at church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, Louisville, KY.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brown Cancer Center, Research Development Office, 529 S. Jackson St., Louisville, KY 40202
