Ronnie S Wallace

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ronnie Stuart Wallace, who departed this life on August 31, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on November 12, 1948, Ronnie was a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, whose spirit and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Ronnie is survived by his loving children, Robin Wallace (James Beeby), Glen Church, and Donna Romero, as well as his cherished siblings, Dannie Wallace (Debbie) and Jimmie Wallace. He was a proud grandfather to Guinevere Wallace-Beeby, Rosamund Wallace-Beeby, Sadey Matthews (Aaron), Brett Church, Tyler Stout, Mia Romero, and Mason Romero. Ronnie also took great joy in being a great-grandfather to Sawyer Matthews, Bryson Matthews, Trenton Stout, and the soon-to-arrive Theodore Matthews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sarah D. Wallace, and his brother, Eddie Wallace.

A graduate of Atherton High School, Ronnie was known for his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. He founded his own heating and air conditioning business, where he built lasting relationships with his customers, who appreciated his dedication and friendly demeanor. Ronnie's commitment to his work was matched only by his love for the outdoors and hunting, activities that brought him immense joy and a sense of peace. He went to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Simpsonville Ky and was a devoted Christian.

Ronnie had a special affinity for children, and his playful spirit and genuine affection made him a beloved figure in their lives. He had a remarkable ability to connect with the younger generation, leaving a legacy of love and laughter that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Ronnie's life was a testament to the values of hard work, kindness, and the importance of family. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

A visitation for Ronnie will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son-Cralle Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 402062522. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 402062522. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Cave Hill Cemetery & Arboretum, 701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204.
