Roy Lynn “Cauky” Moran, 66, was born on February 1, 1957 in Louisville to the late Roy E. and Christine (Tucker) Moran and passed away on Wednesday September 20, 2023. Roy was a retired lab tech for Lab Corp., a member of the Grand Lodge of KY, Swigert-Middletown Lodge and a “Professional Fisherman” (in his mind). In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother, Eudell Moran and 2 sisters, Janice Moore and Gail Greenley. Left to Cherish his memory are his wife, Angie Moran; daughters, Brandy Crompton (Andy), and Lauren Priddy (Jason); a step-son, Chris Moore (Emily); brothers, Harold Moran (Marci) and Joseph Moran (Brenda); a sister Reva Nevitt (Joe); and 4 grandchildren, Kaelyn, Sam, Lillian, and Charlotte. Cremation of the remains were chosen. A celebration of Roy’s life will be held at his sister Reva Nevitt's house on Saturday September 30, 2023 beginning at 3 pm.
