Faith, Ryan Adam Lee, 27, of Louisville passed from this life on Saturday December 1, 2012 at Jewish Hospital. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and a Chef by profession. He is survived by his parents, William and Teresa Faith; brothers, Trey and Rick Faith. Cremation was chosen. A celebration of Ryan’s life will be held at 6:00 pm Monday at The Pointe, 1205 E. Washington St. Louisville. The family request any memorial gifts be made to your local Alcoholic Anonymous chapter.
