He was an aircraft mechanic for National Airlines. Mr. Garrett was a fan of all sports especially when the Cards were playing. He was active with outdoors sports and motorcycle riding, but his priority most of all was spending time with his girls. He was a member of the masonic lodge.
He is survived by his two daughters, Tiana Leigh Garrett and Isabella Kay Garrett; his mother, Janice Watts; and two half-brothers, L.T. and Joe Garrett.
Mr. Garrett's funeral service will be 1 p.m. on Monday at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway, with interment following in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 2 p.m. 8 p.m. on Sunday.
