He was originally from Harlan County, KY. Tim was the proud owner of All American Cycle and retired from GE where he served as a representative for Union Local 761.
He is survived by his loving wife who stood by his side for 34 years, Linda (Cahill) Yount; two beautiful daughters, Faith Yount and Leah Sims; grandsons, Dominic and Kenneth E. Lay III; and siblings, Debbie Amburgey (Paul) and Ed Yount (Karen).
Visitation will start Wednesday at 10 a.m. until start of the funeral at Evergreen Funeral Home. A service honoring the life of Blind Tim will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Blind Tim's last ride will immediately follow the funeral service.
