She was born November 10, 1945 in Louisville, the daughter of the late Henry and Lydia Mae (Wilson) MacNeal. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Jacqueline and Lee Patrick.
Vicki worked in Accounts Payable for Graphic Packaging International.
Survivors include her children, Marcy Mills (Charles), Memra Patrick, Calvin Eugene Patrick and Keith Nelson; her twin brother, William MacNeal (Donna); three grandchildren, Antonio Patrick, Brandon Patrick and Joe Sullivan, III; niece, Janea Patrick.
A service to celebrate Vicki’s life will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Monday, July 12, 2021 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday.
