She was the bookkeeper and business partner for the family business of Jackson Plumbing. She was a member of Parkland Baptist Church. She enjoyed attending many sports activities of her grandchildren. Wanda and Ed also traveled with her lifelong friends and visiting with them in Florida where they owned a condo. She and her husband went on 15 cruises and visited Europe three times.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Nolan and Louise Nicholson, son-in-law Bob Anderson, daughter-in-law, Robin Jackson, son, Stuart, Jackson, and a grandson, Brad Jackson.
She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Edwin C Jackson, their children, Steve Jackson (Colleen), And Cindy Anderson. Wanda is also survived by her grandchildren, Scott Jackson, (Kim), Adam Jackson (Jackie), and Carrie Cardin (Kyle), Aaron Anderson, Brittany Beaty (Austin), Christy Mikhail (Matthew) as well as 14 great grandchildren.
Guests are invited to a visitation from 12-2 PM on Wednesday, April 23,2025 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM following the visitation on Wednesday. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum.
