William David Dooley III, passed away August 8, at Norton Audubon Hospital surrounded by friends. He was born September 3, 1970 in Meade Co., KY to the late William David Dooley, Jr. and Virginia Smith Dooley. He graduated from the U of L School of Business. Once he left the family farm he tried several areas of interest; real estate, computer programming, Commercial Manager at AutoZone, and even Texas Hold 'em Professional Gambling. David was always looking for new challenges and in the past few years found his passion working with wood and became an extremely talented artist.
He is survived by his loving partner of 20 years, Marsha Kirven; his in heart sister and brother-in-law, Michele and Jack Hundley; two cousins, Kevin Troutman (Debbie) of TX and their 2 children Jacob Troutman of LA and Dean Chauffe of Utah, and Gary Troutman (Vanessa) of TX and their 2 children Megan Troutman of TX and Clint Troutman of LA, and their grandson, Benjamin Troutman of TX; and a close friend Jamie Barger (Jean) of KY.
Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday, August 18th in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave., with private interment at Cap Anderson Cemetery in Brandenburg, KY.
