William R. Hazelrigg, III, 77, of Louisville passed away January 5, 2014 at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born in De Graff, Minnesota on December 30, 1936 to the late William and Rosalyn Newell Hazelrigg. He was the owner of S-W Associates Inc. and was a professor at JCC-Southwest. William was a graduate of St. X and the University of Louisville.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Susan Hunn Hazelrigg; five children, Kathryn Miles, Charles A. Hazelrigg, Elizabeth Webb, Janet Cassidy and Richard L. Hazelrigg; and several grand and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
