Hunter, William "Bill", 76, entered into eternal rest on November 29, 2015. Bill was an intelligent and skillful man, who often crafted and fixed things around the home. He loved to garden and was mainly known for his amazing tomatoes. He served in the United States Air Force, then went on to retire after 20+ years as an engineer for the Naval Ordinance. Bill was also an UK basketball fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Gladys and brother, Charles.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 20 years Mae; daughter, Audrey Whitaker (Jeff); granddaughter, Kathryn Whitaker; several stepchildren and step grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be Friday from 11:00am-2:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Entombment will be private at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of the customary forms of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
