William Clarence Lee, Sr., age 91, passed away August 18, 2025. He was born on September 24, 1933 to Clarence and Mary Lee in Fancy Farm, Kentucky. William was a skilled carpenter, often found building things for his home and others. He was a “do-it-yourself-er”, enjoyed spending time working in the yard, and watching scary movies with his family.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by 9 siblings.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 68 years, Rita Ann Lee; sons, William C. Lee, Jr., along with Shirley and Rhea, and Mark Lee; daughter, Lisa Lee; In-laws, Phil and Norma Fox; Nephews, Benni Badget, Tony Lee, Jerry Car, and Jimmy Battie; Nieces, Rita Diane Bancroft (Rick), Donna Graham, Diane Brinley, and Debbie Brady along with Joe, Brittany, and Megan; as well as many other beloved extended family members and friends.
William will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
