William L. Pierce Jr., 87, passed away Friday, May 15, 2020. Mr. Pierce was preceded in death by a daughter Cathy Pierce, and 8 siblings. Survivors include his daughters Karen Pierce, Lisa Pierce, and Dana Pierce; a son, Stephen Pierce; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be held at noon on Wednesday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd, with interment to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 am to noon on Wednesday. In accordance with the latest COVID-19 restrictions, attendance will be permitted to 50 people or less.
