Gerald Dean "Jerry" Flanagan, 79, of Englewood, Colorado passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Bethesda Gardens in Loveland. He was born on August 31, 1945 in South Dakota to James and Eileen (Stotz) Flanagan.
Jerry graduated from Lincoln High School and then went on to serve in the US Army. After his honorable discharge, he worked as a Land Surveyor. Jerry was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed classic cars, fishing and woodworking. He also loved classic rock. Jerry was a very funny guy!
Jerry is survived by his sons, Christian Flanagan and Shane Flanagan; brothers, Richard Flanagan and Michael Flanagan and five grandchildren, Tallin, Kaitlyn, Braelyn, Drae and Cole Flanagan.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2024 in Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver.
