Heidi Ann Schmidt passed away Oct 18, 2013 after a long fight with cancer at St. Helena Hospital in Saint Helena, CA. She was born January 13, 1968 to Patricia & James Schmidt in Daly City, CA.
Heidi leaves behind her children: Brandon, Amanda, Lindsay, Shaina, and Dylan Yaquinto, brothers: Erik and Nicholas, and parents: Patricia and James. Heidi was preceded in death by her brother Larry who passed in 1993.
