Justin is survived by his wife of 7 years Heidi Schmitz of Clearlake, Brothers Damon Allgire of Yucaipa, CA and Erik Schmitz of Las Vegas, NV, Step-Daughter Raven Harms of Kelseyville, CA, Niece Annastazia Weibel of Clearlake, CA, Mother Carol Wise and Step-Father Dave Wise of Clearlake, CA, Father Richard Schmitz of Clearlake, CA, and Grandfather Norman Weibel of Highland, CA.

Justin could be loud, he had no filters and he for the most part didn’t care what people thought of him. He was true to his friends and would help anyone in a jam. Justin was a part time shade tree mechanic. He loved children and often allowed them to use him as a huge canvas. He was always a kid at heart and his heart was as big as all outdoors and made of Gold.
