

Born 10/19/1942 in Hutchinson KS to Jack & Fannie Clark raised by Robert & Rosie Brown. His childhood days were spent in Oklahoma, then moved to Texas in February of 1955 into the Abernathy/ New Deal area.
Bill was a former member of Faith Temple church, current member of Trinity Church and Trinity Prime Timers.
SURVIVED by his wife Georgia Clark and his children Jacky & Cyndi Clark, Kim Tosi, Stacy & Richard Breshers.
Grand children are Kristi & Aaron Carlson, Kerri & Jennifer Tosi,Ashley & Steven Lucio.
Great Grandchildren: Caidenze Clark,Katie & Kyle Carlson,Kade & Kamri Tosi. Proceeded by death of 3 Grandchildren Stephanie,Chris Clark, Cora Clark.
Bill’s mother, Fannie Clark died at a young age, her sister Rosie Brown took in Billy in at 1 1/2 yrs old along with his sister Dee Ann Oldham to raise as her own with her 10 children. Bill had five brothers. Jerry Brown then proceeded by death Bobby, Arthur, Jessie, Donald Brown, Five Sisters, Letha Smith,Dee Ann Oldham,Rose Mary Carmen, Betty Rhines, Roberta Neel. And LOVED by many nieces & Nephews And -In-laws.
Bills career consisted of 27 years at Layne & Bowler pump service, he then adventured out to start his own Billy Clark home & Business repair, where he retired in December 2019.
During Bills lifetime he enjoyed camping,Fishing,Family vacations,watching/ supporting his grandkids sport. Also he loved his gardening, a farmer at heart. Later in life, his schedule consisted of Monday at Dairy Queen & Saturday’s at Buns over Texas with the “Lunch Bunch” Wanda & Elvin Andrews, Judy Beavers.
