Brandy was known for her big heart, strong faith, and even bigger personality. She lived a life rooted in love, joy, and devotion to her family, always leaving those around her better than she found them. Her faith carried her through every season of life, and she finished her race with grace and strength.
She is survived by her loving spouse, Jason Kula; her stepson, Kyler Kula (Birdi); her parents, Kenneth and Debra Ballard, and Ronald Parmer; her grandmother, Barbara French; her sisters, Shanna Rowden (Wade) and Ashley Wheeler (Blake); her step-sister, Whitney Ballard (Matt); her step-brother, Kaden Ballard; and seven nieces and nephews whom she adored, along with a beloved fur baby, Rebel; and a large circle of extended family and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.M. French, S.A. Parmer, and Billy Parmer.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7
