Clinton Graduated from Lubbock High School.
Clinton married Jettie Crawford on March 22nd, 1968.
Clinton owned and operated Maner Pump Service, a water well drilling and servicing company, from 1970 until he sold it in 2004.
Clinton is preceded in death by his parents and eleven siblings.
He is survived by his wife Jettie Maner of Lubbock, three children and their spouses, Sherrise Powers and Linda Sherburne, Wade Maner and wife Kelly, and Shane Maner and wife Dianna, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
