Dolly married Kenneth Dale Howard on July 22,1961 in Amarillo, TX.
She enjoyed working as a cashier and a door greeter for Wal-Mart for around 20 years.
Dolly is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kenneth in 1999, and a sister, Virginia Holmes.
Left to cherish her memory a daughter, Tamara Howard of Lubbock, a grandson, Seth Howard of Lubbock, Sister, Pauline Wheeler of Lubbock, brother, Tom Wheeler of Lubbock, sister, Betty Retherford, Canyon City Co, Sister, Marie Roper, San Angelo, TX, and a brother, Johnny Wheeler, Alpharette, GA.
A visitation for Dolly will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, Lubbock, Texas. Jim Brewer will be officiating. A memorial service will occur Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Resthaven's Abbey Chapel, Lubbock, Texas.
