She was preceded in death by husband James A. Reno and sister Clara Schafer.
She is survived by sister Margaret DeFosse of Billings, MT, daughter Barbara Hilario and husband Dan, son Tom Reno and wife Karyn, daughter Sherry Ross, son Michael Reno and wife Sandy, and daughter Betty Tittle and husband Tim. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Dorothy was born in The Hermitage, TN on March 21, 1932. She married James (Jim) Reno in Fort Campbell, Kentucky on Nov 4, 1948. From there, the family moved to Billings, MT, where she was a homemaker and restaurant manager. There she raised her family.
Dorothy and James (Jim) became Right of Way agents for Coats Field Services and worked together for many years. After his passing, she moved to Lubbock to be closer to family. Dorothy doted over her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed in watching the grandkids grow up and welcoming the great grandkids into this world.
Her passing will leave a void in her loved one’s hearts.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 29, at 2 PM at Resthaven. A reception for family and friends will be held at the Wolfforth Senior Citizens Center following the services.
