

Eloy Felan Jr, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, faithful servant of God, entered eternal rest on January 2, 2026, at the age of 80. Surrounded by his family, he left this world with the same peace, grace and love that defined his ministry.
Born on June 13, 1945, in Pearsall, Tx, Pastor Felan dedicated his life to sharing God’s love. After graduating from Wayland Baptist University, he began a ministry that spanned more than 51 years—years filled with preaching hope, comforting those in need, and guiding countless souls toward Christ.
Pastor Felan is remembered not only for his devotion to the church but for the deep love he held for his family. He married the love of his life, Lucia Felan, with whom he shared 62 years of partnership, laughter, and unwavering support. Together, they built a home rooted in faith, generosity, and compassion.
He is cherished by his children, Eddie and Tonya Felan, Lori and Michael Parker, Rick and Maelynn Felan, Lisa Felan and Michael Rogers, who carry forward his legacy of kindness, faith, and service. His grandchildren, Christopher and Sarah Felan, Jordan Felan, Pierson Parker, Jared and Sierra Felan, Meagan Felan and Kurt Hauer, David Felan, and Sofia Felan. Great grandchildren, Carter Felan, Salem Jones, Noa Felan, and Winter Hauer. Who will forever remember his contagious smile, gentle wisdom, and the way he made each of them feel uniquely treasured. He is preceded in death by his son David Felan, his parents, Eloy and Filomena Felan Sr., and siblings, Ruth Garcia and Yolanda Ramirez. Pastor Felan also leaves behind siblings Petra Carranza, and Ysidro Felan, extended family, and dear friends who were blessed by his presence.
A man of leadership, humility and strength, he touched lives far beyond the walls of the church. Whether offering a prayer at bedside, mentoring young ministers, or simply listening with patience and understanding, he embodied the love he preached. Beyond the ministry he enjoyed playing golf, classic cars, hunting, racquetball and fellowship with family and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday, January 9, 2026, at One Accord Fellowship at 2 pm. Visitation begins on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial from 6-8 pm.
Pastor Felan leaves behind a legacy of faith, compassion, service and love—one that will continue to shine through the lives of all who knew him and those he touched.
