Goldie was born on August 30th, 1935, in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to Leslie and Ola Reeves. She was a dedicated employee to various companies over the years, including, GTE, Contel, and US West until her retirement.
Goldie was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Ola Reeves; her sisters, Ruth Ingram, and Wanda Henson; brother, LD Reeves and her grandson, Reagan Stanton.
Goldie is survived by; her daughter Delynda Stanton, of Amarillo, Texas; her three sons, Jay Kent Stanton of McAlester, Oklahoma, Steve (Sally) Stanton, of Cleburne, Texas, and Adrian (Sarah) Stanton, of Axis, Alabama.
Her legacy extends beyond her children to include twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
