She married the love of her life, Stanley Blaine Spyker on March 18, 1950 in Selina, Ohio. Helen was a member of the Church of Christ and attended Lamesa Church of Christ. She was a homemaker who deeply loved her family.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings: Charles ‘Dutch’ Snider, Oscar Snider, Jr., Mary Jean Metz, Donald ‘Bud’ Snider, Doyle Snider, Jerry Snider, Danny Snider and Peggy Satterfield.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are children: Connie (Phil) Conners, Shelby (Doug) Davis, Jan Spyker, Blaine (Alicia) Spyker, and Traci (Eugene) Brown; 17 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way; 3 great-great grandchildren; sibling, Barry Joe Snider and many precious nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2020 in at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..
Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, November 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. also at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel, with Mark Hackett of Lamesa Church of Christ officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
