Graveside services for Giacomo “Jack” Argila, 73, of Lubbock will be held at 1 pm, Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Resthaven Memorial Park with Dr. Ken Horn officiating.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm, Monday, November 14, 2011 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Jack passed from this life Saturday, November 12, 2011.
Giacomo “Jack” Argila was born April 19, 1938 to Salvator and Carmella (Virlinza) Argila. He served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1958. Jack married the former Mary Bertucelli, May 23, 1975 in Riverhead, NY.
He was preceded in death by his father, Salvator and his wife, Mary.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his mother; Carmella, daughters; Jean Merenda and husband, Dom, Melanie Bisbee and husband, Robert, Toni Brackeen, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grand-children, 2 brothers, a sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
