

She was raised in Garden City, Texas by her loving Uncle and Aunt, Joy and Mary Joyce Wilkerson. She graduated from Garden City High School in 1964, from there the sky was the limit.
Juda’s sense of adventure never ceased, landing her in Lubbock, TX in 1979 where she worked in the travel industry for over 30 years. She loved to experience different cultures and landscapes, especially with her family and friends. Her love of travel, however, could not exceed her love of cooking. Recreating recipes from the many destinations she visited to sharing hand-me-down recipes from her family’s kitchen.
Juda is preceded in death by her father and mother Jewel and Ethel Wilkerson. Uncle and Aunt Joy and Mary Joyce Wilkerson, sister Sandra Berryman, and nephew Marc Berryman.
Survivors include her daughters Shay McCrary Kay of Plano, TX and Megan McKinney of Lubbock, TX, grandson Coleman Newton of Lubbock, TX and granddaughter Keira Kay of Plano, TX. Brother in Spirit Richard Ellsworth of Lubbock, TX. Nephews Michael (Carla) Berryman of San Antonio, TX, Monty (Cherie) Berryman of Stanton, KY, and Marvin (Rebecca) Berryman of Stanton, KY.
