Margaret Brackett was born January 2, 1935 in Webster, Pennsylvania to Frank and Mary Stinemaker. She married the love of her life J.C. Brackett on April 17, 1963 and was a member of the Dairy Queen family for 29 years.
She is survived by two sons Roy Brackett and wife DeAnna and Ronny Brackett both of Lubbock; one granddaughter Nykol Cauhape and husband Gentry and one grandson Chandler Brackett.
She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary Stinemaker, her husband J.C. Brackett and eleven brothers and sisters.
A visitation will be held Monday, March 10, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home. A celebration of the life of Margaret will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in the Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home with
Dr. Ken Horn officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
