Phyllis A. Moten, age 81, of Lewisville, passed to the arms of her Savior on Saturday, June 18, 2016. She was born December 2, 1934 to the late Thomas and Alma Ashton. She was the widow of James Benton Moten, who was a Fire Chief at Reese Air Force Base.
She is survived by her son, Mark Warren Moten, of League City; daughter, Carrie (David) Stokes, of Justin; grandson, Morgan James Knowles, of Justin; brother, Thomas (Jo Bess) Warren Ashton, of Decatur; many relatives and close friends she considered family.
