Shirley Jean Forrest, 77, passed away Sunday September 20, 2015 in Lubbock. She was born February 20, 1938 in Amarillo TX to Lindsay and Anna Jobe. Sur-vivors include children, Peggy Sumner, Rex Wade and wife Louise, Jim Wade and wife April and Sharon Thompson and husband Michael; 3 brothers; 12 grandchil-dren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, hus-band, Patrick, daughter Debbie Crooks and son Kelly Wade.
Visitation will be held tonight, September 22 from 6 to 8 pm in Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday September 23 at 1 pm in the Abbey Chapel at Resthaven Funeral Home followed by burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
