

Services to celebrate the life and home going of Steve Franklin Hager, 67, of Lubbock will be held at 2 pm, Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Redbud Baptist Church with Rev. Syl Moore and Rev. Tom Reynolds officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
A memorial celebration will be held at a later date in Charleston, West Virginia.
Steve Franklin Hager was born January 18, 1943 in Orgas, West Virginia to the late Henry Frank and Pearl (Cooper) Hager.
He married the love of his life, Aundria Boggess, June 18, 1966 in Charleston, West Virginia.
Steve retired from the United States Air Force after 25 years of service after which he was employed at Texas Tech for 20 years.
He was a member of Redbud Baptist Church.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents and a sister “Suzy” Lundabee.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 44 years, Aundria, daughters; Dawn Millican of Maryville, TN., Tracy Clift and husband, Shannon of Colville, WA and Jessica Rea of Lubbock, grandchildren; Samantha Clift, Tanner Millican, Abigail Millican, Hunter Clift, Allison Millican, Colton Rea and Faith Millican, brother; Jerry Hager of Alkol, WV, sister; Stephanie Gilliam of Barboursville, WV, beloved aunts, Jo Payne, Mae Long and Lucille Supanski.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Shannon Overland, RN, Advanced Home Health Care and Hospice and Dr. Al-alwani.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Redbud Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Shannon Clift, Tanner Millican, Hunter Clift, Mark Oney, Mike Meredith, David Rea and Colton Rea as an Honorary Pallbearer.
