Bill was a wonderful father, grandfather, and husband. He always had a joke, a warm smile and a sensitive heart.
He moved from New Jersey to Lubbock, TX when in the Airforce. He married Anna Lee Wilson and had three sons. Michael “Steven”, William “Scott” and Christopher “Sean” Thorne.
He was preceded in death by wis wife Ann and his son Steven Thorne. After Ann’s death he met Patsy Sue McGaha who he married and gained four stepchildren: Cindy, Steve, Sheri and Lori.
He leaves behind his wife Patsy Thorne as well as his son Scott and his wife Stacey, Sean and his wife Suzanne as well as his four stepchildren Cindy, Steve, Sheri and Lori. His children gave him four grandchildren; Collin Thorne, Cayla Jackson, Brendan Thorne and Sheldon Thorne who he dearly loved. He will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure of knowing him.
