Frances Mattie Lee

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday June 18, 2011 at Leetown Church of the Lord Jesus Christ for Ms. Frances Mattie Lee, 68, of Leetown (Lumberton), Mississippi who died Thursday June 16, 2011 at her residence. Gary Lyons and Mitchell Herrin will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in the Union Grove Cemetery, Purvis.

A native of Leetown, she was born October 28, 1942 to Robert Edward and Annie Lazenby - Lee. She was a retired seamstress with Movie Star, Inc. and a lifelong member of Leetown Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Survivors include one son, Liston Lee of the Leetown Community; one daughter, Ann McRaney of Purvis; four brothers, Edward Lee of Hillsdale, Bobby Lee of the Leetown Community, Gene Lee of Sherman, Texas, and Fred Lee of Lumberton; five sisters, Elizabeth Owens, Louise Sullivan, Hazel Lyons, and Helen Smith of the Leetown Community; seven grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Her parents precede her in death.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. Friday June 17, 2011 until the time of services 10:00 a.m. Saturday June 18, 2011 at Leetown Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
