Left to cherish his memories are wife, Erna Ellis of the home; sons, Allen Ellis of Raeford and Michael Ellis of Germany; daughter, Carolyn Stafford of Fayetteville; grandson, Joshua Ellis of Germany; granddaughter, Carmen Stafford of Fayetteville; great-grandson, Elias Grimsley of Fayetteville; and sisters, Janis Pridgen of Lumberton, Louise Sessoms of Raeford, and Vivian Zabriskie of Utah.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Biggs Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 2, 2012 in Biggs Funeral Home Chapel. He will be laid to rest in New Hollywood Cemetery with the rendering of full military honors.
