Bobby Charles Little

Born in Campbell County, February 3, 1936, he was the son of the late Lillie Betty Little. He was retired from Lane Company after 47 years of service and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Evington.

In addition to his wife and mother, he was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth L. Dement and one brother, Jack Little.

He is survived by one daughter, Dianne L. Childress and her husband J.R of Altavista; one son, Roy Little and his wife Margaret of Lynchburg; one brother, William T. Little and his wife Sherrell of Elon, NC; one sister, Katherine L. Lewis of Altavista; two granddaughters, Leslie C. Neumann and her husband William of Madison Heights and Brianna Danielle Little of Lynchburg and one great granddaughter, Joy Neumann.

A service celebrating his life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Evington with the Rev. David Place officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2015 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
