Born in Hudson Co., N.J., she was the daughter of the late William Henry Burns and the late Frieda Baetecker Burns. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Louis Coffari.
She was a member of Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church in Bedford and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia C. Mayberry and her husband, John, of Madison Heights; one brother, Herbie Burns and his wife, Millie, of Fl; three grandsons, Christopher Waechter, Daniel Joseph Waechter and Michael Richard Waechter and five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, in the Flower Hill Mausoleum Chapel in North Bergen, N.J.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at Whitten Park Ave. Chapel.
