He was born on July 21, 1972 in Lynchburg, son of Shirley K. Owen and the late Kenneth S. Owen.
Kenneth worked for T&K Tileworks. While fishing was his life, he also loved Jeeps, especially his own.
When not fishing he would enjoy just sitting out with friends visiting and telling stories.
In addition to his mother, Shirley, he is survived by 2 sisters, Deborah Taylor and husband Robin and Angela Davis. He is also survived by his fiancé, Terri Pritchett and son Dilan as well as his feline companion, Baby Boy.
A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Robin Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service until 8:00 pm.
