Michael “Mike” Robert Cobb, age 70 passed away on Saturday November 23, 2024, at his home.

He was born in Lynchburg on August 25, 1954, son of the late Bolling and Edith Cobb.

Mike was retired from Virginia Department of Transportation. He enjoyed bowling and riding his motorcycle. Following his retirement he worked on lawn mowers.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 25 years Roxanne Cobb; a son, Jason Cobb; stepdaughter, Jennifer Lee Curtis (Anthony); a sister, Brenda Hof (Fred) and a brother, Rick Cobb (Sam). He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 3-5 on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 2, 2024 at Virginia Memorial Park.
