He was born in Lynchburg on June 18, 1978, son of Monroe Baldwin and Carolyn Baldwin.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne L. Baldwin; parents, Monroe and Carolyn Baldwin; a step-son, Lucas Linn; a brother, Trey Baldwin and wife Kellie. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church on 1215 V.E.S. Road, Lynchburg, VA 24503.
