Timothy Wayne Osborne, 54, of Lynchburg, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 at his residence. He was the son of the late Percy and Christine Osborne Garbee and the late Alvin Garbee (step-father).
He is survived by two brothers, Dennis Wade Osborne and wife Carol of Tampa, FL and Christopher Alvin Garbee and wife Tammy of Rustburg and his aunt, Irene Goff of Lynchburg.
Friends wishing to come by may do so at Irene Goff’s home, 2923 Langhorne Road in Lynchburg on Friday, Sept. 30th from 4-6 p.m.
Services for family only will be held at the graveside on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016.
