Wendy Marie Jefferson

Wendy Marie Jefferson, 27, of Lynchburg, departed this world on September 5, 2012. She is survived by her husband, D’Sante Jefferson Sr.; and three children, Brittany Jones, Amber Jones, and D’Sante Jefferson Jr., of Lynchburg.

Born September 4, 1985, in Lynchburg, she is survived by her mother, Nancy Campbell, and step-father David, of Madison Heights, and her father, Stephen T. Gallaher Sr., and step-mother, Robin, of Goode. She is also survived by two brothers, her older brother, Stephen T. Gallaher Jr. and wife Kay, three nieces, and one nephew, all of Evington; younger brother, Ricky Little Jr., of Madison Heights. She was the niece of Garry Ross, and close friend, Jeff Mitchell and family, of Lynchburg, and Evington; beloved cousin, Carey Randolph, of Lynchburg; close friend, James Clay and family, along with her family locally, she has extended family in Healena, GA.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday, September 14, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. at Church of God of Prophecy, 2600 Garfield Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501, (near Fairview Christian Church).

The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., one half hour prior to the service, at the church.
