Born January 8, 1944, in Portsmouth, OH, he was a son of the late Rueben Jackson Warren and Mary Bowman Warren. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, and 5 sisters. He was retired from Central Virginia Training Center.
He is survived by 6 children, David Fitzgerald, of Altoona, PA, William Fitzgerald and wife Ruth, of Madison Heights, Michael Fitzgerald, of Appomattox, Ronald Lyons and wife Kimberly, of Rustburg, Annetta Martin, of Rustburg, and Linda Martin and husband Ted, of Madison Heights, 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friend.
In keeping with Mr. Warren’s wishes, there will be no services.
The family would like to thank Dr. David Haga, Dr. John Halpin, and the Centra Hospice Team, for the care and support given to Mr. Warren.
