

Born on January 23, 1925, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Leola (Bergeman) Klino.
On September 7, 1946, she married the late Harry W. Nellist, together making their home in Lyndonville. During WWII, Mrs. Nellist was employed with Bell Aircraft as a,” Rosie the Riveter”. She also was employed with the former Fisher-Price for 16 years, retiring on January 23, 1987. She was a life-long member of the Lyndonville United Methodist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, golfing, reading and gardening.
She is survived by a daughter, Janet (Chester) Starowitz of Canandaigua, NY, two sons, David (Diane) Nellist of East Aurora, NY, and Randall (Bonnie) Nellist of Chili, NY, along with a daughter-in-law, Gail Nellist, the wife of her deceased son, Gary, of Medina; 11 grandchildren: Todd (Beth Bauer) Starowitz, Lori (Gregory) Antolick, Lisa (Richard) Paul, Rochelle (Dan) Horner, Michael Nellist, Melissa Nellist, Frederic Williams, Jennifer (Jim) Tronolone, Kyle Spear, Katie Spear, and Julie Abrams, as well as,12 great-grandchildren: Caroline and Ellen Antolick, Adam Paul, Emma Bauer- Starowitz, Cheyenne and Jeffrey Farewell, Kingston Horner, James and Paul Tronolone, and Emily and Eric Williams and Brandon Abrams; a great-great grandson, Carter Tronolone; a brother, Wallace Klino of Lyndonville and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, husband and son, she is predeceased by a sister, Delores Coke and a brother, Sperry Klino.
Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, January 17, 2015, from 12 Noon – 1:00 PM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 112 N. Main St. Lyndonville, NY, where a funeral service will be held immediately following at 1:00 PM, with the Rev. Beth Malone officiating. Burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
