Ronald L. Graning

Born on June 10, 1968, in Rochester, NY, he was the son of the late Ronald and Joanne (Dempsey) Graning.

In 1992, Ron graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College and on July 17, 1993, he married the former Deborah Wachob, together raising two children. He once was a manager for Staples Call center in Kentucky and lastly was a Manager for Top’s in Wright’s Corners, while helping out in the family business- Aunt Amy’s Country Store.

Ron was a member of the Yates Baptist Church, where he served as a Sunday School Teacher and also was a Leader in 4-H of Orleans Co. Ron enjoyed fishing and watching martial arts movies.

Ron is survived by his wife of 21 years, Deborah Graning; children, Dean J Graning of Dayton, KY; Star F. Graning of Middleport; a grandson, Dean J. Graning; a sister, Pam (Ray) Zimmer of Fairport, NY and several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Ron is predeceased by two great- aunts and uncles, Stanley (Vivian) Martin and Laverne (Amy) Graning.

Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, December 20, 2014, from 11 AM- 1 PM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 112 N. Main St. Lyndonville, NY where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Lyell Drake officiating. Burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
