Arthur “Butch” Wheeler was born February 9, 1957, danced into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ October 2, 2015. Left to carry on his legacy his loving Wife Tamara Wheeler of Kemp, TX, his daughters and their familes, Jennifer and Jack Jamison, Alycia and Joel Hawkins, Kristen and Stephen Dirks, and grandchildren Emma, Brynn, Gibson, and Anniston, Step-Children Mandi Williams, Ashlie Williams, and Brent Williams. He was the World's Best PaPa to Sabrina Pruitt, Aleah Pruitt, Skylar Williams, and Tori Boynton. Mother-in-Law Barbara Clark, Sister and Brother-in-laws' Phil and Jacinda Blue of Abilene, TX, Damon and Alesha Boger of Mesquite, TX and numerous other family and friends.
Butch was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He worked for the majority of his life in the HVAC industry which he was very passionate about. Butch loved his family and friends. He never met a stranger and loved to serve and care for others. He was the epitome of a praying man! Butch lived his favorite scripture well: Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said to him, you shall love the Lord God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment, and the second is like it you shall love your neighbor as yourself."
