Buck Clark was born on December 26th, 1931, and Left this Earth on September 5th, 2021, at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Sue - who he loved and adored every waking moment. There are no known living blood relatives, but Buck was very fond of several of his close friends who lived in the community and he spoke of them often.
Buck had a gentle soul and had been very fond of his animals especially his dog companions. He was also blessed to have very excellent and caring Caregivers from Home Helpers of North Central Texas who assisted him with his day-to-day needs, helped care for his home and his pets, as well as being friends and companions. They were instrumental in his maintaining both physical and emotional health during recent health challenges – he called them all “mama” and new caregivers always knew they’d found their way into his heart when he’d say, “I love you, mama.” They took care of him with their expertise and most often with their heart. They made sure he was not alone or with strangers during his time in the ICU while they talked to him and held his hand.
Buck was a crusty, gentle, and loving soul who was surrounded by old and new friends who loved him, we’re blessed to have known him and will miss him greatly. But we all must Celebrate his Life and know that he is now with the love of his life, Peggy Sue.
Memorial service to be announced at a later time.
