Carolyn Jean Weedon was born November 15, 1948 and entered eternal rest on March 10, 2021. Carolyn always spoke her mind regardless of who she was speaking to. Carolyn would love nothing more than to spend her time fishing, something she inherited from her mother. They enjoyed hours and hours fishing together through the years.
Carolyn was a wonderful cook, and her greatest pleasure was to feed her family and friends. Her cooking will be greatly missed. Carolyn also loved to draw and beat her husband and son in a game of 42, with her daughter-in-law as her partner. She was a big dog lover and had several over her lifetime. Carolyn was a dedicated wife, mother, sister and aunt. During her Mother’s long battle with cancer, Carolyn spent countless hours, days and months by her mother’s side. She dedicated herself to Mother during that very difficult and trying time, for which the family is forever indebted and grateful.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother Georgia Hines and son Michael Green. Carolyn is survived by her husband William Weedon, son and daughter-in-law Chad and Lori McDonald, along with sister Sue Adams, brother Gary Mooney, nephews John and Jeff Simpson and niece Kimberly Davis.
