Grace Loraine Bumgardner, age 95, went to be with the Lord January 24, 2025 in Fairfield, Texas.
Grace was born June 17, 1929 in Hugo, Oklahoma. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Mabank, Texas.
Grace was beloved by her family for her wisdom and kindness to others. She was a Sunday school teacher for many years and gave much of her time to the church. Above all, Grace loved the Lord and her family.
Grace has five children: Robert (Marla) Mathews of Buffalo, Texas, Judy (Paul) Adair of Rockwall, Texas, Perry (Sherry) Mathews of Salem, Oregon, Trudy Mathews (Tony Price) of Wilson, Oklahoma, and Susan Wivoda of Whitesboro, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a longtime special friend Ms. Aida Peterson and Family of Florida.
Ms. Bumgardner was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan David Bumgardner.
Services will be held privately at a later date.
