Lori Ann Vest

Lori Ann Vest was born on October 4, 1963 in Mexia, Texas to parents Ludy Earl Solley and Vera Mae (Moore) and entered into eternal rest on October 8, 2019 at the age of 56. Lori loved being outdoors. She enjoyed listening to music and singing. Lori loved flowers and would make beautiful arrangements with them. She was Christian by faith. Lori will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lori was preceded in death by her father and grandmother Iris Rachel Martin.

She is survived by her daughter Melissa Gomez and husband Lazaro of Jacksonville, grandchildren; Lazaro "Dion" Gomez of Jacksonville, Angelica Medrano and husband Jeronimo of Jacksonville, Brittany Gomez of Tyler, Nick Gomez of Jacksonville, Alexis Gomez of Jacksonville, Belinda Gomez of Jacksonville and Ruby Grace Gomez of Jacksonville, great-grandchildren; Alex Gomez and Jade Medrano, mother Vera Mae Sherman of Kemp, sister Pat Sherman of Payne Springs, brothers; Jimmy Dale Sherman and wife Annette of Springdale, AR, Barry Sherman of Tyler and Ross Christi and wife Tammy of Kemp, numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
