Sue was born June 10, 1946, in Greenville, Texas. She attended Justin F Kimball High School with her husband. She is a devout Christian and member of Beckley Baptist Church. She could always be recognized by her laughter, warmest of hugs, and genuine love for everyone around her. Sue will always be remembered by the love she sewed into every handmade blanket, tea towel, quilt, or other gift. She volunteered for decades at Central Plains in Tennessee packing Christmas gifts and food boxes for children and families in need.
Sue joins in Heaven her parents William Gene Waters and Dorothy Andrew; brother Wayne Burkham; grandchildren Michael D. Thomas-Moulton and Jocelyn “Joy” Rose Moulton; and best friend Joyce Rickard.
Sue is survived by her husband Robert Lawrence Moulton; children Amanda Gail Moulton and Robert Eugene Moulton; siblings Mike Waters and Sandy Nichols; and grandchildren Belle, Ethan, Ryan, William, and Molly.
A memorial service for Sue will be held at a later date.
